Filters menu

The Filters menu is located on the right side of the view above the case listings and filter buttons on the Worklist view or above the scan listings and filter buttons on the Scans view. It consists of a combination of the Filters menu button () and text. Clicking on the Filters menu button or the text opens the Filters menu.
Important: The Filters menu text changes to indicate which filter is currently in effect.
The Filters menu includes access to existing default filters, custom filters, and links to the Advanced filter and Edit filter dialogs.
To access the Filters menu:
- Click Main Menu (
).
- Click the Worklist or Scans link.
- Click the Filters menu (
) or the Filters menu text.
Default filters
The Sporecyte application includes a few default filters that cannot be edited or removed. These filters include the following:
Element | Definition |
All cases | Click to display all the case listings available within the Worklist view. |
All scans | Click to display all the scan listings available within the Scans view. |
Assigned to me | Click to display all the cases assigned to the current user. If you are the current user, clicking the filter will display all the cases assigned to you. |
Invalid images | Click to display all cases flagged for an invalid image. |
Missing Scans | Click to display all the cases flagged as missing scans. |
Advanced filter
Click the Advanced filter link to open the Advanced filter dialog. The Advanced filter allows you to create a quick custom filter for the Worklist and Scans views. For more information, view Worklist advanced filter and Scans advanced filter.
Edit filters
Click the Edit filters link to open the Company information view, where you can create, edit, and delete custom filters for the Worklist and Scans views. For more information, view to Custom filters.
All cases and All scans (clearing all filters)
Use the All cases or All scans link to view all the available cases or scan. Clicking on these links removes all other filters.
To view all cases or scans:
- Click Main Menu (
).
- Click the Worklist or Scans link.
- Click the Filters menu (
) or the Filters menu text.
- Click on the All cases or All scans link.
