Case and case listings
Updated
by Matthew Yarro
If a case workflow is enabled, the Worklist contains one or more cases, creating the case listings at the center of the view. Each case represents a request for a test and contains all the necessary information, features, and scans to review it within the Sporecyte application.

Case status color bar | A color bar on the left side of each case. The color is a visual queue indicating the case’s status.
Case selection checkbox | Clicking the Case selection checkbox selects that case and causes the Worklist actions panel to appear at the top of the view. Clicking the selection checkbox a second time deselects the case.
Case number | The name of the case uploaded into the Sporecyte application. Clicking the case name opens Gallery View for that case.
