The Case library helps organize and save cases from the Worklist. It displays the shelf listings. For more information, view Adding, editing, and deleting a case library shelf.

Description

Add shelf

Click to add a new shelf to the Case library.

Shelf listings

A list of shelves that have been created, including the shelf’s name, Created at date, and Actions. Currently, the only action is the Edit shelf button.

Click on a shelf’s name to open that shelf in the Worklist page.

Viewing a shelf

To view a shelf:

  1. Click Main Menu ().
  2. Click the Case library link.
  3. When the Case library view opens, click the shelf name for the shelf you want to view.

    Note: The cases for that shelf are loaded on the Worklist view.
