The status is the current status of a case. When using the case workflow, a status color bar is associated with a case.
Status color bar (case workflow)
Status | Image | Color Bar | Meaning |
Duplicate scan: view details | ![]() | Red | The case is associated with two or more identical scans. To resolve this issue, click Duplicate Scans. For more information, view Linking, unlinking, and deleting a scan. |
Error | Red | An error has occurred. Contact Sporecyte support. | |
Missing scans | Red | The case requires one or more scans and is missing one or more scans. For more information, view view Linking, unlinking, and deleting a scan. | |
Pending consult | Orange | The case has been flagged for an additional consultation. | |
Pending review | Blue | The case has not been reviewed. | |
Processing | Blue | The Sporecyte AI analysis software is processing the scan for a case. | |
Processing complete | Blue | Sporecyte has completed processing the scans for the case. The case is ready to be reviewed. | |
Reviewed | Blue | The case has been reviewed. | |
Waiting for upload | Grey | The case is waiting for the matched scan to be uploaded. | |
Waiting for scan | Grey | The case is missing one or more scans because:
