Sporecyte follows the latest industry-standard practices to protect all data from cybersecurity and fraud risks. To help safeguard your access, Sporecyte recommends using strong passwords, not sharing them, and never leaving them exposed.
Sporecyte also strongly recommends using the Sporecyte application on a computer or network with up-to-date antivirus software to reduce the risk of malware accessing passwords or scanning data. For the best security and performance, keep your computer and network operating systems current.
In the event of a cybersecurity incident, please contact Sporecyte at security@techcyte.com.
Sporecyte security
Sporecyte protects your data with secure sign-in requirements and encryption—both while stored on Sporecyte systems and during transmission. The Sporecyte application updates automatically but may occasionally prompt you to reload your view to apply the latest changes. When this occurs, a banner will appear, and Sporecyte recommends you reload.
Sporecyte’s third-party references are listed on the About page within Main Menu. This list is validated and updated with every product release.
Sporecyte monitors the application for cybersecurity threats using intrusion detection, login tracking, and configuration monitoring. If vulnerabilities are detected, Sporecyte mitigates them. Monitoring data and logs are stored securely on Techcyte’s servers—not on your device.
