Scans actions panel

When you select at least one scan from the Scans view, the Scans actions panel appears at the top of the browser window. This panel provides features that let you take actions on all selected scans simultaneously.

Selecting a scan

To select scans from the Scans view:

Click the selection checkbox on the left side for each scan you want to select. When selected, a check appears, and the checkbox turns blue.

Click the checkbox for the first scan, hold the Shift key, and click the checkbox for the last scan. This selects all scans between the two.

Note: Selecting additional scans does not deselect any previously selected scans.

Note: While at least one scan is selected, the Scans actions panel is available.

Actions panel features

Element	Image	Description
Close (X)		Click to deselect all selected scans and close the actions panel.
Number selected		A count of how many scans have been selected.
Create Case		Click to create a case that will include the scans selected in the accession.
Reprocess		Click to reprocess the selected scans in the accession. Important: Once you click Reprocess, this action cannot be undone.
Edit		Click to edit the selected scans in the accession. You can edit the tags and choose the scan deletion date from the dropdown menu.
Copy		Click to copy the selected scans in the accession. The copied scans will appear in the same accession.
Move		Click to move a scan to a shelf in the Case Library.
Delete		Click to delete the selected scan. Once you click Delete, you will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Important: Once you delete a scan, this action cannot be undone.
