Your company should have one or more designated Sporecyte administrators, who serve as your first point of contact for any questions about the application. If they cannot resolve your issue, they should know how to access additional technical support resources.

Sporecyte user guide
For help with specific topics related to Sporecyte, use the Sporecyte user guide’s search tool to look up terms, phrases, or subjects. The table of contents is located on the left side of every page. You can find answers to your questions by browsing through various topics and subtopics. Exploring the table of contents is also a helpful way to build your understanding of the Sporecyte platform. A breadcrumb appears at the top of every page to help you retrace your steps or discover related topics.
You must be signed in to Sporecyte to access the Sporecyte user guide. If you try to open the URL directly (app.sporecyte.com/help) without signing in, you will be redirected to the sign-in page. Use your Sporecyte email (username) and password to sign in.
