Gallery View Results panel
The Gallery View Results panel is on the left side of the page and includes all the classifications for the scan of the case or scan (for scan workflows) being reviewed. The Sporecyte application locates and classifies objects for your review, organizing them by classification in the results panel and images gallery.
Results panel features
Element | Description |
Classification | An individual classification within the Results panel, including the name of the classification, count, total, present, and prevalence when applicable. An indented classification is a subclassification of the first unindented classification above it. The currently selected classification is highlighted in grey. Clicking on a classification scrolls the image gallery to that section. |
Measurements | Displays the last measurement created for that classification. |
Count | The count of classified objects for a classification. When you mouse over the measurement, the measurement window displays up to five of the largest measurements created for that classification. |
Total | The total for a classification, including the counts for related subclassifications. |
Present checkbox | Check the Present checkbox to confirm that at least one object of that classification is present in the scan. Checked Present checkboxes can affect the Assessment drawer and Report results. Important: If the Invalid Image checkbox of the Assessment drawer is checked, it overrides any Present checkboxes and invalidates the scan. |
Prevalence dropdown | When you check the Present checkbox, a Prevalence dropdown may appear. If it does, you must set the prevalence setting (ranging from +1 to +4). |
Exemplars gallery | Mouse over a classification, press and hold the e key to open the Exemplars Gallery. The Exemplars Gallery contains several examples for classification. For more information, view Exemplars gallery. |
