Worklist advanced filter

The Worklist advanced filter allows you to quickly and easily filter and sort your case listings or scan listings (for scan workflows) within Worklist.

To create a Worklist advanced filter, starting from Worklist:

  1. Click Main Menu ().
  2. Click the Worklist link.
  3. Click the Filters menu () or Filters menu text.
  4. Click the Advanced filter link.
  5. Select the desired filters by clicking on a filter dropdown and selecting one of the available options. 

    Note: Some filters allow you to select multiple options from the dropdown.

    Note: To remove an option from a filter, click X next to the filter option.
  6. Select the desired Sort option at the bottom of the list.
  7. Click Apply filter.

    Note: When you click on any filter button in the Worklist, the options within the Worklist Advanced filter dialog update to match that filter.

Worklist Advanced Filter options

Element

Description

Assigned to

Choose Any, Unassigned, or Me, or select a name or user group from the dropdown list. You may choose multiple options.

Shelf

Choose a shelf name or Unshelved. You may choose multiple options. If no shelf names appear, there are currently no shelves.

Case status

Filter for cases based on the case’s status.

Scan status

Filter for scans based on the scan’s status.

Request reason

Choose from the available options. These options are from the Request reason dropdown of the Assessment drawer.

Case type

Choose a case type. Available case types will be listed here.

Scan link history

Choose from the Scan never linked or Scan is either linked or has been removed options.

Positivity

Choose from the Positive, Negative, or Undetermined options.

Invalid image

Choose from the Valid or Invalid options.

Duplicate

Filter for cases or scans (for scan workflows) that contain duplicate scans or that do not contain duplicate scans.

Archived

Choose from the Archived or Unarchived options.

Origin

Choose from the Internal or External options. Internal cases were created manually within the Sporecyte application. External cases were created by an LIS and uploaded into the application.

Quality control

Choose from the QC or Non-QC options.

Sort By

The Worklist advanced filter allows you to choose whether to sort the filtered results from newest to oldest or oldest to newest based on when a case was uploaded into the Sporecyte application. Click the appropriate sorting radio button to set the Sort by option.
