The Sort by menu () allows you to choose the criteria by which the image objects within the Gallery View image gallery are sorted. To use the Sort By menu: 

  1. Click Main Menu ().
  2. Click on the Worklist or Scans (for scan workflows) link.
  3. When the Worklist or Scans view opens, click a case number or scan label.
  4. When Gallery View opens, click on the Sort by menu and select an option.
  5. Once you select an option, the image objects are re-sorted using the new option.

    Note: You can use Sort to change the sorting direction to ascending or descending.

Element

Description

Confidence

Sort the image objects by the confidence level of Sporecyte in their classification.

Created

Sort the image objects by when the case or scan (for scan workflows) was created within the Sporecyte application.

Modified

Sort the image objects by the date when the last change was made to the object/image’s data.

Area

Sort by the size of an object’s area.

Width

Sort by the size of an object’s width.

Height

Sort by the size of an object’s height.

Location

Sort by an object’s location on the scan from the upper left to the lower right corner.
